Another great insight, Ken. After more than 30 years of bringing products to market, I have learned that revenue may get attention, but margin keeps the doors open and gives a company choices. Selling more means very little if every sale creates more expense, complexity, and risk.

A healthy margin gives a founder the freedom to improve the product, invest in marketing, survive mistakes, and say no to the wrong opportunities. Growth looks impressive. Profitable growth builds something that can last.
